Depending on the end product requirement, these Filler Master Batches can be blended up to 50% basic polymer. Applications are PE film, Plastic Carrier bags, Raffia woven sacks, lamination etc.

Our range of White Masterbatches is manufactured with high-quality Titanium Dioxide and specific polymer and additives as per the applications. Our expertise in this domain has also enabled us to offer various grades of White Masterbatches, which render maximum whiteness index, dispersion and opacity to a product. It is reckoned for its capacity to uniquely couple various loading of TiO2 with the specific polymer.

This is an exceptionally Transparent Filler master batch with 99.06% brightness and high transparency. It can be blended with PE film in such way that , the original transparency and brightness of PE film is maintained. It helps in reducing the cost of Industrial packing.

Just add 1% and get freedom from a moisture problem. You will get the final addition of weight to weight. Excellent processing aid for lamination, PE film etc, where there is a high humidity problem. 1% addition of Shell Dry will remove moisture and improve the gloss on the film.
